Hi Milton, thank you for your kind words! We're glad the replacement balls are helping you complete your set. If you need any further assistance with cleaning or replacements, feel free to reach out. Enjoy your game! Glad the #14 put the set right. A crack in the
white portion is an unusual one - that's the kind of thing you only
notice once the ball is in play.
On the 8 ball that won't come clean: if it's been washed and still
looks dull or yellowed, the problem usually isn't dirt on the
surface. It's the finish itself — years of micro-scratching and UV
exposure, which no cleaner will lift. What works there is a ball
restorer rather than a cleaner; we carry a few under Ball Cleaning
Products. If it's badly yellowed the finish may be past saving, and
since we sell single 8 balls you'd only be replacing the one ball,
not the set.
Tell us which set you're playing with and we'll point you to the
right restorer or the matching single. And you're right that singles
are hard to find online - that's exactly why we stock them one at a
time.
Best regards,
Billiard City
