Nice fit

Tú small send wrong side

Packaged perfectly, came in Mcdermott box. Rolls straight on rollers and dam near perfect match to my Butt with the slightest hint of a joint. Since they weren't made together I was expecting to notice a huge transition from but to shaft but not at all. Very good work.

Thank you very much for your order and for the detailed review! We’re very happy to hear that the shaft arrived well packaged, rolled straight, and matched your McDermott cue so closely.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are glad everything worked out so well.
Best regards,
Billiard City

More than I was expecting, I knew I would have to rework the joint and diameter to match my cue. but they are straight and finished nicely. will definitely do business with these guys again. John H.

Thank you so much, John! We’re very glad to hear that the shafts exceeded your expectations and that you were pleased with the straightness and finish. We also really appreciate your understanding regarding the fitting adjustments needed for your cue.
Thank you again for your order and for your kind words. We’ll be happy to serve you again in the future!

Just what we needed, the 14 ball had a big crack in it on the white portion of the ball. now all the ball sets are looking good, except for one 8 ball that seems to not get cleaned well. Thanks for supplying replacement billiard balls they are hard to find on line.

Hi Milton, thank you for your kind words! We're glad the replacement balls are helping you complete your set. If you need any further assistance with cleaning or replacements, feel free to reach out. Enjoy your game! Glad the #14 put the set right. A crack in the
white portion is an unusual one - that's the kind of thing you only
notice once the ball is in play.

On the 8 ball that won't come clean: if it's been washed and still
looks dull or yellowed, the problem usually isn't dirt on the
surface. It's the finish itself — years of micro-scratching and UV
exposure, which no cleaner will lift. What works there is a ball
restorer rather than a cleaner; we carry a few under Ball Cleaning
Products. If it's badly yellowed the finish may be past saving, and
since we sell single 8 balls you'd only be replacing the one ball,
not the set.

Tell us which set you're playing with and we'll point you to the
right restorer or the matching single. And you're right that singles
are hard to find online - that's exactly why we stock them one at a
time.

Best regards,
Billiard City
