The Legacy of Longoni Two-Piece Cues with Wooden Joints:
The Longoni two-piece cue originated with the traditional wooden shaft, featuring a wood joint inspired by the iconic French “Jolie” cues. Despite numerous technical advancements over the years, these shafts remain highly sought after by players of all levels, offering a unique connection to their game tools.
Key Features of the Wooden Joint:
- Firm Lock with a Natural Feel: The wooden joint provides the seamless experience of playing with a one-piece cue
- Enhanced Smoothness: The cue delivers a softer hit compared to a metal joint, enhancing control and finesse
- Superior Feedback: Players benefit from maximum feedback on the ball's impact, fostering precision and connection
- Flexibility: The wooden joint offers greater flexibility, catering to players who value adaptability and feel in their game
Longoni continues to blend tradition and innovation, crafting cues that reflect a passion for excellence and a deep understanding of billiards.
The Longoni Pro Carom cue shafts are crafted from premium hard rock Canadian maple wood, meticulously selected based on its grain pattern, weight, and color.
Each Longoni Carom Pro cue shaft is uniquely numbered to enable precise tracking of its production date. Additionally, each shaft is labeled to provide detailed product specifications, including the code, name, diameter, and exact weight. This label not only conveys these specifications but also serves as an additional guarantee of authenticity. Prior to labeling, every shaft undergoes an individual inspection on a test desk to ensure it is free from warping or other defects. To ensure accurate reporting of weight and diameter, a precision digital scale integrated with the system and a laser micrometer are employed.
All Longoni shafts are backed by a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in components such as the joint, ferrule, and ferrule adhesion.
